About Us
The Middle East Society for Psychosexual and Relationship Therapists (MESPRT) is a professional and academic society dedicated to advancing excellence, ethical practice, and evidence-based standards in psychosexual and relationship therapy across the Middle East. MESPRT serves as a regional reference body that brings together qualified therapists, clinicians, educators, and researchers working in the fields of psychosexual health, intimate relationships, and relational wellbeing.
The Society promotes high professional standards through education, training, research support, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Committed to cultural sensitivity and clinical integrity, MESPRT supports therapeutic practices that respect local values while aligning with internationally recognised psychological and therapeutic frameworks.
The Society encourages continuous professional development, knowledge exchange, and the dissemination of best practices within the region and beyond. Through its initiatives, MESPRT contributes to the advancement of psychosexual and relationship therapy, enhances professional recognition, and supports the development of competent, ethical practitioners serving individuals, couples, and families.
